Every photograph, to me, is an act of witnessing but also of questioning; it asks what it means to see and to be seen. This is why I view my practice as a form of surveying, where I observe, collect, and examine the world around me.
I’m particularly fascinated by social phenomena—especially those plainly visible in everyday life yet deliberately overlooked by the masses to maintain a sense of normalcy. By weaving different perspectives together, I try to craft narratives that describe contemporary society through these outliers, capturing not only what is visible but also the weight of absence and the implicitness.
